SHIPPING

Shipping:

Delivery usually takes around 3-5 working days, however, if our couriers are suffering delays, please allow up to 21 working days before contacting in regards to your order. Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays are not working days.

Please keep in mind that personalised items are made to order and can take up to 2-4 weeks to produce and ship.

Customers must provide the correct contact and postal details as Lueur will not be held accountable for any items which are not received or shipped to the incorrect address. Any parcels returned due to incorrect addresses may incur a fee, which the customer must pay.

Lueur are not held accountable for any damaged or lost parcels.

 

Express international:

We ship to the majority of countries worldwide, and to make things easier for our customers, we offer a single Express Shipping method for all International orders. (2–7 Business Days)

International Express shipping will take between 2 and 7 working days, depending on the destination country.

 

Custom Jewellery:

Once production is complete, the shipping method you choose will be applied to your order. For example, if you have chosen next working day delivery with your personalised item, your jewellery will be shipped the next day after it is made.
