RETURNS POLICY

It is important to note that discoloration or tarnishing of clothing is not considered a defect if it is the result of chemical contact, scents, bleaching, heat exposure, or normal wear and tear. For proper care instructions for your jewellery, please refer to our jewellery care guide.

Please be aware that it may take up to 10 days for you to receive a refund after returning an item. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

Free items must be returned along with your order. If not, any complimentary items offered at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount.

Personalized orders and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Custom necklaces are created specifically for you and should be confirmed accurately prior to checkout.

Return Process:

To ensure a successful return, please ensure that the merchandise is unused and in the same condition as when received, with the original packaging intact. Any items found to be unsellable will not be accepted for return, and the customer will be notified via email.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Repack the item in a sealed bag, keeping the original packaging in place.
2. Address the return label to us and attach it. Please contact us for further information.
3. Use the Post Office counters to return the parcel, and request proof of postage. Do not drop off the package in a post box without a certificate.
4.The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping provider for returns. We cannot guarantee the arrival of returned items, and the customer is responsible for any missing packages. Please keep your proof of postage secure.
5.Once the return is processed and verified, a credit will be issued to your original payment method, and a full refund for the item(s), excluding delivery fees, will be credited to your account within 10 business days. You will be notified via email of the credit to your account.

International Returns:

As an international customer, you may use any postal service to return your parcel. Please be aware that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid paying duties, it is recommended to label the package as “returned goods”. Please note that international customs taxes and sales charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for the parcel until it arrives with us. We advise requesting proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing in transit. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and shipped service for returns as we cannot refund or exchange items that do not arrive safely.
