JEWELLERY CARE
At Lueur, all jewellery is assembled to the highest standard to ensure the best possible maintenance in terms of quality and longevity of your product. In order to retain the condition of your jewellery for as long as possible, please follow the instructions below;
When wearing and removing your piece, dainty or delicate chains should be handled with more care compared to thicker, more sturdier chains- this will avoid any possible damage.
Avoid contact with water and keep out of direct sunlight for long periods of time, and cleanse your jewellery using a lint free cloth that is soft to the touch to avoid scratching or damaging your piece.
Please be aware that over time, plated jewellery may naturally fade. This is not a defect and can be avoided by taking the above precautions in regards to your jewellery care.
For specific metal guidance, please follow the instructions below in accordance to your piece:
- Sterling Silver/ Gold Plated - avoid contact with sweat or perfumed substances
- Stainless Steel/ Rhodium Plated Silver - clean regularly to retain the items appearance, store in a cool dry place
- Brass- store in a cool dry place, please ensure before purchasing that you hold zero sensitivity to costume jewellery
Sterling silver and 18/14-karat gold are among the top-quality materials used to make Lueur jewellery. Nickel is contained in jewellery in naturally occurring trace levels. Some people may have allergic reactions to the jewellery as a result of this. However, these levels are purposefully low to ensure inclusivity for consumers with hypersensitive reactions.
Please purchase your Lueur piece in accordance to this. Lueur does not hold responsibility for any sensitivity or reactions once the item is in possession of the customer.
